Are you looking for some uplifting scriptures during tough times?
Bible verses on faith work as a good reminder of Gods promises.
Instead of leaning on our own understanding in times of difficulty, we can look at these wonderful Bible verses about faith that are comforting and reassuring that God is with us through our trials.
Life is full of surprises and the bible does not promise a smooth and easy journey on earth.
But what we can do when we go through this phase, is to put our trust in the Lord by praying and meditating on scriptures.
Most often we tend to loose faith when things don’t go our way or we are still waiting for an answer from God.
I pray today, that these Bible verses on faith, will help renew Your strength in the Lord even when times are hard, and fill you with the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
Before we begin reading these bible verses on faith, here is a short passage from the Bible on faith even in the midst of a storm.
Mark 4:37-40 (ESV)
And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?”
Jesus is right here with you whether you are in at home, in the grocery store, on a train or in a park. He is right there next to you. He is ready to tackle the storm in your life if you would submit your troubles to Him and allow Him to work things for the best.
I know how hard it was for me to believe God during the lowest moments in my life, but those are the times that I have also felt His presence the strongest.
Prayer of Faith
Jesus, we trust and believe in faith that You will deliver us from our problems. Give us the strength and courage to overcome these roadblocks in our lives. I know and believe this storm will pass and your plans will soon be established in our lives. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
