The entire bible is made up of the Old and the New Covenant otherwise called the New Testament.

The Old Testament tells us of a coming new covenant,

Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. Jeremiah 31:31

Jesus in the New Testament gives us this new covenant,

And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood. Luke 22:19-20

In this post, we are only going to take a look at the books of the New Testament, along with free PDF downloads that will take you Chapter by Chapter into all the 27 books. These are perfect for individual studies or for group bible studies, that is made simple for beginners.

What are the Books of the New Testament?

The New Testament is made up of 27 books that comprises of the latter part of the Bible. Four of which are the Gospels of Jesus and the 23 are letters written by the Disciples and Apostle Paul.
